Greetings - I’m Brenda Blindenbach, International Teacher and Author.
Do you find yourself drained of energy physically, mentally or
emotionally even before the end of the day with no energy left for
yourself or manifesting your dreams? Have you wondered about what

We understand that our body is made up of many parts, but may not be
aware that our psyche has also many parts to it and so we pay little
or no attention to these parts that don’t feel nurtured, heard, or
seen.
Just
like a young child who has no other way of communicating what it
needs except by crying, screaming and having a tantrum when it’s
needs are not met, so too these parts that feel disconnected,
separated and unhealed will vie for your attention.
Whenever you are triggered it is a sign that a part of you needs
your attention. It is up to you to find out which part of you is
calling for your attention, and attend to its demands. If you don’t
that part of you will continue to take you hostage and steal your
attention away from what you want to focus on.
This is one of the most important ways that prevents you from
focusing your attention on manifesting what you want to create
easily, because you give your power, energy and life force away to
those disconnected parts that are demanding your attention. Is it
any wonder that there is no energy left for yourself or your dreams?
Once you know how to plug the energy drain, you can now focus your
attention on what it is that you want. Perhaps you are not clear on
what you want and are looking to sources outside of yourself for the
